Endocrinology – Clinician Educator Line (Metabolic Bone/Diabetes/Endocrine Oncology)
The Division of Endocrinology, Gerontology, and Metabolism at Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking 3 full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educators at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor. One position is available in each area of metabolic bone disease, diabetes, and endocrine oncology.
The selected candidate's clinical responsibilities will include outpatient clinics at the Stanford Palo Alto Campus and inpatient endocrinology consult services. In addition, engagement in clinical research and teaching will be expected and encouraged. The major criteria for appointment for the CE Line is excellence in clinical care, clinical teaching, and institutional service. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent and be board-eligible or certified in Endocrinology.
