Animal Cancer Care Clinic’s mission is to provide the highest quality, comprehensive and compassionate veterinarian cancer treatment for pets in Florida, using our six outpatient clinics and our full-service Ft. Lauderdale clinic. ACCC works with pet owners and their family veterinarians step by step, to help them understand more about their pet’s cancer and assist them in making informed decisions regarding diagnostic testing and treatment options. Once a client makes a decision, ACCC implements the treatment program from start to finish. The overall goal of ACCC is to provide a single destination for all services cancer and cancer-related, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, clinical trials, nutritional support and bereavement counseling.

Company History

Animal Cancer Care Clinic was founded in December of 2004 by Dr. Stephanie Correa, a board certified medical oncologist. After receiving her B.S. in English Literature from the University of Virginia, Dr. Correa graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary medicine with highest honors, and went on to complete a prestigious internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. At the Animal Medical Center, she was honored with the Intern of the Year award. After completing her internship, Dr. Correa completed a residency in medical oncology at Louisiana State University. She accepted a faculty position at Louisiana State University and remained at LSU until she entered private practice in south Florida in 2001. Dr. Correa is widely published in her field, and her areas of expertise include canine and feline lymphoma, leukemia, mast cell disease, and nasal tumors.
